Our products are dietary supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always read the product label before use. 3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or are placed in quantities suggesting resale. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time; the price charged is the price displayed at the time your order is placed. Payment is collected at the time of purchase through our secure payment processors.
4. Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval shown at checkout until you cancel. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date by contacting us at support@mondahealth.com. Cancellations take effect for the next billing cycle; charges already processed are governed by our Refund Policy.

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images and software — is the property of Monda Health or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monda Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
