Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number as soon as it ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping within the United States is free on all orders. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; carrier delays can occasionally extend delivery times.

Order Tracking

Your tracking link is included in the shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours after the email arrives for tracking events to appear.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us at support@mondahealth.com as soon as possible — we can update the address any time before the order ships. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout, but we will always do our best to help.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 14 days and we will work with you on a replacement or refund.
